Acceptable Use Policy

You may not create, upload, publish or collect content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including scams and phishing;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful or incites violence or discrimination;
• contains sexually explicit material involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
• contains malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access;
• constitutes unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.

You may not:

• access or use the service without authorisation, or share accounts to circumvent per-user limits;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the service or other users' content without written permission;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or interfere with its operation;
• circumvent credit, usage, traffic or plan limits, including via multiple free accounts or automation;
• resell or white-label the service without a written agreement;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person or company;
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law or regulation.

Landing pages, surveys and waitlists you publish are publicly accessible. In addition to the rules above, you must not:

• collect personal data you have no lawful basis or consent to collect;
• collect sensitive categories of data (health, biometric, financial account details, government IDs) through forms;
• use forms to harvest email addresses for unrelated marketing;
• misrepresent who operates the page or what submitted data will be used for;
• publish pages that imitate another brand or product (no lookalike or clone pages).

You are the data controller for responses you collect and must provide your own privacy notice to respondents where required.

When using Valimate's AI advisors, specialists and generation features, you may not:

• generate disinformation, or content intended to deceive voters, consumers or markets;
• attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or replicate the underlying models, system prompts or proprietary scoring logic;
• use automated systems to run AI actions at scale beyond your plan's intended interactive use;
• represent AI-generated validation output as independent human research, audited fact or professional advice;
• submit personal data of third parties to AI features without a lawful basis.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action: removing content, unpublishing pages, throttling or suspending accounts, or terminating access for serious or repeated breaches. We may preserve and disclose information to authorities where legally required.

We are not obliged to monitor all content, but may do so, and may act on reports from users, respondents or third parties.

To report content or conduct that breaches this policy — including a public page hosted on Valimate — email privacy@valimate.ai with the URL and a description of the issue. We review every report.
